1. Returning Unwanted Items
If you have changed your mind, you may return most unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in a resalable condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Include all accessories, manuals and components supplied with the product.
- Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns received outside of our returns period may be accepted at our discretion.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
You may arrange your own courier or, where available, we may be able to arrange collection on your behalf. Collection charges may apply.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, Monkey Tools will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Where applicable, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
Many products sold by Monkey Tools are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Most products include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, while many manufacturers offer an extended warranty of up to 3 years when the product is registered within the manufacturer's specified registration period.
Warranty claims are normally handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.
Failure to register a product within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for any extended warranty but does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items once they have been opened or used, including:
- Socks
- Hygiene products
- Personal protective equipment where the hygiene seal has been broken
- Products made to your specification or personalised
- Any item that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
7. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
If returned goods have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we may reduce any refund to reflect the reduction in value.
8. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned goods for your refund to be processed.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
9. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, size or model, please return the original item (where eligible) and place a new order through our website.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
